He has organized workshops and delivered tutorials at KDD, RecSys, SIGIR, CIKM, WSDM, ECIR, ECAI, and IJCAI-ECAI.

Associate Professor of Computer Science. His research focuses on recommender systems and their impact on different stakeholders, considering both accuracy and beyond-accuracy evaluation metrics. He has organized workshops at RecSys, SIGIR, ECIR, CHItaly, ECML-PKDD, CIKM, ICDM, and EICS, and delivered tutorials at CIKM, UMAP, RecSys, ICDE, ECIR, WSDM, ICDM, ECAI, and DSAA.
Dominik Kowald

Professor of AI-based information retrieval in digital humanities at the University of Graz. He is also head of the FAIR-AI research area at Know Center Graz, a research center for trustworthy AI in Austria, and has experience organizing related workshops such as Hybrid AI for Human-Centric Personalization.
